I am a visual storyteller currently studying at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism with a specialization in Documentary.

My work experience includes CNBC, where I was an intern in the Long Form Programming Unit, assisting in pre-production planning, research, logging footage, and fieldwork for two documentary projects: the racing business practices of Formula One, and prescription weight-loss medication, Wegovy.

I’ve also served as a research assistant at The New School, where I provided technical support transcribing footage for an ongoing faculty documentary migrant project. And as a freelance video producer and web designer, I edit instructional videos; create intro sequences, graphics, animation, social media, event videos for clients in the arts and media and non-profit sector.

At The New School in New York City, where I earned a MA in Media Studies, I produced two award-winning student documentary films.

'Why you have to be Black and gay' is an account of internationally renowned drag queen Odidi Odidiva from his formative years to the shaping of his drag persona in the shadow of South African apartheid. It was selected for several film festivals in New York and Los Angeles and was awarded 'Best LGBTQ Short' at the Independent Shorts Awards.

'Are you there, Andy?' is a first-person narrative of the legacy of the comedian Andy Kaufman, theories on his “death” and the filmmaker’s quest to find him. It was selected for several film festivals in New York and Los Angeles and was awarded "Best Student Documentary Short" at the IndieX Film Fest and "Best Web and New Media" at the Independent Shorts Awards and Indie Short Fest.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Theatre in 2019 from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa., and an advanced certificate in May 2022 in Documentary Media Studies from The New School, NYC. I’ve also been a Fulbright Scholarship semi-finalist (2020, 2021, 2023) to study documentary filmmaking in Cape Town, South Africa.
